Molalla River Middle School eighth grade students celebrated their advancement to high school Monday with a ceremony held in the Molalla High School gym.
Despite the sweltering heat, which left attendees fanning themselves throughout the event, there were smiles and laughter as students received recognition for their academic achievements and their promotion to high school. ASB President Brooklyn Brady and Vice-President Paige Sleight (both pictured below) gave keynote addresses, while Principal Randy Dalton (above) and Associate Principal Kerri Tatum handed out certificates.
