ODE Operational Blueprint- MRSD Hybrid Model Learning- Iterative Draft The Oregon Department of Education will require the Molalla River School District to submit an Operational Blueprint before students return to school buildings. This most recent draft is being provided to allow parents, students, staff and community members to view the extensive work completed by the district in preparation for our students to receive instruction in our buildings. The actual document that is submitted may differ because of changes in the requirements. The submitted operational blueprint will be posted to the District website.
