Clarkes Elementary School is located in a rural community in southwest Clackamas County. The main businesses include Christmas tree farming and logging.
The school was established more than 100 years ago, and now serves approximately 185 students, from kindergarten through fifth grade.
Situated eight miles from the city of Molalla, Clarkes Elementary is a vital component of the Clarkes community, it is utilized year round for after school athletics and its library is available for the community-at-large.
